Stephanie Winter is certified as both a Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. Clinically, she has more than 20 years of practice experience, and has been licensed and practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2007.
Stephanie has a special interest in education and training for Advanced Practice Providers. She is a co-founder and lecturer for Emergency Medicine Education, LLC. Stephanie has helped establish training programs and educational conferences to give APP’s more experience with procedures and hands on experience in urgent care and emergency settings.
Stephanie joined North Phoenix Emergency Associates in 2016 and is currently the Director of Advanced Practice Providers. In addition to maintaining clinical practice at several local emergency departments, Stephanie serves as a mentor and preceptor for students pursuing Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant degrees. She has a strong background in emergency nursing, pediatrics, and critical care.
