Joshua L. Lewis, MD is a board certified Emergency Physician practicing in the greater Phoenix area. After graduating from The Medical College of Wisconsin in 2006, he attended residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
In 2009, he graduated residency and started practicing community emergency medicine. Currently, he works at a high volume tertiary care center. He enjoys teaching medical students and works closely with the PAs and NPs that staff the emergency department.
His clinical areas of interest include: cardiology, orthopedics and radiology. However, he has always been interested in issues related to incorporating advanced practice providers into clinical emergency medicine.
